Caregiver summit set for March 21 at YSU

The Youngstown State University Gerontology program, the Ohio Respite Coalition, Benjamin Rose Institute, Easter Seals, the Ohio Department of Aging, and the Alzheimer’s Association, Greater East Ohio Chapter are hosting a caregiver summit  from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. on March 21 in the conference center of the YSU Williamson College of Business Administration.

The event is for family caregivers of people of all ages, including children with any disability, grandparents raising grandchildren, adults caring for family members, and professional caregivers. Professional caregivers include clergy, gerontologists, social workers, counselor, and any other professional who works with caregivers in any capacity.
