McNally appoints YSU staffer to downtown Youngstown events position

Youngstown Mayor John A. McNally has appointed the evening operations manager of YSU’s Kilcawley Center to the position of Coordinator of Downtown Events and Citywide Special Projects. $20,000 grant to help build protective enclosure for Food Bank deliveries
